True Colors

Is it bad that I don't understand half of my homework. I've been staring at it for the past ten minutes and I think I see the letters starting to move around. There's just so much of it. I understand some of it, but a lot of it is just so confusing. Especially the History of Magic, did we even learn that or did I fall asleep?

I think I need a break and hope the work does itself. I think I'll go take a quick walk run around the pitch to clear my mind.

I can't believe we lost the match I thought for sure this was going to be our year. It was sorta close at least.

I MADE CHASER!

I tried to tie my trainers today and I ended up snapping the laces in half. I really thought it was just me it wouldn’t have surprised me much. So now I need new shoelaces, which is sad because they were my favorite!

But on the bright side, the Fall Ball is Friday! I can’t wait; I think it’s going to be super fun! Plus we get to get all dressed up! Now I just need to figure out what to wear, I’m always pretty horrible about that. I can never decide. Madison, will you help me pick out a dress to wear? You’re so good at that.

I GOT A NEW BROOM! I GOT A NEW BROOM!

I worked all summer dad's friend and I actually got enough for it well, plus my dad put in a little bit but that's between us. It's just a Cleansweep but it doesn't belong to the school, it belongs to me! I already named it Pineapple. My mum was furious, but she couldn't do anything about it because I bought it with my own money so she couldn't do anything! Even so I still had to hide it in a blanket in my trunk, just in case. Now I can't wait to try it out since mum would kill me if she had seen me on it. It's just so pretty and worth days of working. Now I just have to actually make the team again. I really hope I make the team there were some pretty talented second years last year, I don't wanna lose my spot after I bought my broom. Do they give refunds? When are tryouts anyway, I wanna get some practice in before that.
